I got my account blocked and they told me that they are not able to give me my money in cash. I came here and they were very rude and unprofessional. If you can do not use that bank then do it.
Why does anyone bank with Bank of America? They are atrocious. I tried to deposit cash in a friend’s account at her request and they would not accept it. I will be taking her by the hand and taking her to the San Francisco Fire Credit Union where I have been banking for decades. Free checking and free ATM withdrawals as well as excellent service. BANK OF AMERICA SUCKS!
