Today I was helped by Senior Banker and Officer- Elizabeth Salazar Huisa at the Castro branch of Bank Of America. She helped navigate through a complex array of obstacles regarding my mom’s trust, and helping since she has passed away. I have met with several different bankers at several other branches, but was not able to get through the intricacies involved with such a circumstance.
