Elizabeth was not only late to our appointment, which was apparently the first of her day, she was entirely unhelpful. Wouldn't look up a reference number, made assumptions based on incomplete data, and was entirely unhelpful in providing next steps or offering to book a follow up. She was a petty, condescending, do-nothing banker. Avoid her and this branch entirely.
