I have used this branch for years & have never had a bad experience. It is convenient & located near other stores -- which is great because i can combine other errands in one car trip.

BofA messed up, canceled the wrong check. I was charged a fee for the mistake. I was able to get a refund, but was left w/fees on the other end and it was not my mistake! I had to go in again another time due to the online bill pay not working, got very poor customer service and wasted a lot off time for nothing! I need to dump BofA!!!
