Hours show open all day, but they had no one who could process a money order at 12:15pm. There were two employees at the counter but apparently neither was a teller
Service is friendly. I started avoiding this branch after a few setbacks over the years, such as long lines (they only have one teller, despite other staff hanging). Recently I only wanted to deposit a check (can't use ATM), did not foresee any problems until I came to the door and there is 'Lobby hours' (on the door), one hour shorter than the work hours (as posted online). This bank is a joke, every time I come in they have one teller and it takes over 45 minutes. Total BS!!!
One of the worst experiences I've ever had with a bank. Many people were standing in line, and no one was there to assist.
