They updated this bank, removing all but one teller window at the back. Making this place basically useless to anyone who needs to work with a teller quickly for their business. Why would they make these changes that no one wants or asked for?Â
Visited the Bethlehem branch today to close my account as I’m leaving the country. The staff were super friendly and helpful—made a bittersweet moment feel a little lighter. I’ll miss banking with Bank of America!Â
