Terrible customer service the worst I’ve ever seen. They only have one teller on all day. I recently opened an account there I deposited a check. They put a nine day hold on it. They play with the customers money. I’ve spoken to five other people they put holds on payroll checks. People are relying on this money to live and Bank America plays with peoples lives. 👎Â
cannot get anyone there to answer their phone, poor customer service. ANGRY CUSTOMERÂ
Thoroughly useless staff, refused to deposit a properly endorsed check. They do not understand the most basic concepts of consumer banking.Â
