Have been a BOA customer for 25 years..also business account with them.. Businesses need change!! Gaby at this location was rude and said wouldn't provide change the way I preferred if busy!! They were not!! What's the point having business account and not getting change the way I prefer???? Please teach Gaby good manners and customer service

I deposited a cashiers check into my existing account ans was told that more than half (6k) would clear by the following morning. It did not . I spent 7 hours on the phone with both the branch and head quarters and was given the complete run around by all. I even spoke with an agent then requested their supervisor and then their supervisor and theirs only to have the 3rd supervisor up actually begin to barely speak English.
