Our family greatly appreciates the patience and diligence display by BofA Associate Hani Fattah. Two weeks ago, he assisted my elderly uncle and me execute a wire transfer. My uncle was present at the Blackstone branch, while I was calling in from Sacramento. Needless to say, it was a complicated situation and Hani handled it well.
