Good service
I am extremely disappointed with how my case is being handled by Bank of America. On Saturday (around 1:00–2:00 PM), I deposited approximately $760 cash at the ATM near the Sherman Way Financial Center. The machine malfunctioned, got stuck, took my money, and did NOT credit my account. What is more concerning: When I went inside the branch immediately, staff already knew the ATM had issues Yet, no action was taken to assist or secure the situation I was simply told to file a claim and wait I filed the claim the same day and ... read more
