Hoy tube que cancelar mi cuenta de ese banco fui al cajero a retirar dinero y no pude porque la maquina no me devolvió la tarjeta decía que no podía devolvérselo porque necesitaba reemplazarla fui adentro del banco para ayuda y les dije lo que paso y para mi mala suerte me acerque al gerente para exponerle el problema fue y chequeo el cajero dijo que no había ninguna tarjeta allí y por lo que me dijo me dio a entender que yo no la había insertado le dije que si insinuó que yo estaba mintiendo me hablo bien feo y me dijo que ... read more
Staff not friendly.. I always seem to have a poor experience when I visit inside a Branch. I paid $15 for a cashiers check and not a single person in the branch has an envelope. All the money BOA charges, and no one has supplies..
