Never has enough tellers working especially at the most necessary times. Very disappointed w/ their customer service.

I don't bank here thank God but unfortunately my company does check waiting time says not that busy on a Saturday at 11:00 am also says people usually wait 10 minutes all that is a lie so disappointed here at Bank of America on Brand in San Fernando. I waited in line 1 hour to make a company deposit they need more teller's (not 1) you need better staffing here at this location don't waste your time visiting this location they are all confused in who is doing what. Cashier supervisor at window Saturday January 24, 2026 was not good at her job. Did not take time to listen to customer and review all customers information before making final decision. Gave conflicting info about her manager returning for escalation. Very poorly in bank by management. Please stay away from B of A .
