Laura Sanchez was of amazing help, especially after waiting for an hour and a half at another branch. I was able to walk in there without an appointment and she made herself available , she was welcoming, professional, and just an utterly beautiful personality that decided to assist me and finish what I had to do in less than five minutes when the other branch took more than an hour making me wait and at the end of the day, didn’t even help me.
Horrible! Horrible customer service. Everything just takes FOREVERRRR place needs to be shut down
