I've been waiting in line for 13 minutes. There is 1 bank teller, while 2 people are walking around, not doing anything. The worst part is that they don't even acknowledge us in line.
Jessica Brown, who I have never seen in this branch before, is anti business teller. I've been banking with Bank of America over a decade, and she is the first person to ever ask me to step aside so that she could help other customers(after I waited in line like everyone else). All because I did not add up all of the numbers for my large amount mixed cash and checks deposit for my business(I usually do this on my phone as teller counts them, because its already sorted out in envolopes with amounts written on them).
