Employees are very rude not all but one don't like coming there at All very slow except for April
I went yesterday, Tuesday, April 11. I recieved amazing service from this man working (i sadly forgot his name!!) I went in with my dad to open a checking account, around 2:30 pm. I asked questions and he politely answered them all and with detail. As well as, he would use my name when speaking to me. He was a very kind gentleman and we need more people like him in the world!

Bank of America opened an account in my middle name and a previous last name on Dec 3. I called the same day and it took me three hours to get through their automated system (which kept hanging up on me because I didn't have an account number) - at the same time I received notices that the email address on the account had been changed and that online banking had been set up - Once I got through to their customer service, they stated they had placed a service ticket and closed the account and I would receive notification in 1... read more
