What happened to customer service ? First you close your merchant window. Then your drive up teller. Now you staff the place with 1-2 tellers. What is wrong with you? Line is always out to the door. Stop making excuses about it and do something. There is a bank across the street that offers merchant window and drive thru teller. Rather pay them my $15 a month to be able to have those options.
