Put more teller in their branches.
I’m at a point I’m getting a lawyer on this bank they are a fraud.. I was scammed in 2017 n just finding out in 2020 from them about it.

BOA is nothing but a fraudulent financial institutions using its structures to rub customers of their money. I will be contacting your CEO to lodge my complaint. If the issue does not get resolved that means mybwife and I are done with the bank. In this case, I will also cut your credit card off.
Terrible service and lack of concern
Sorry, I'm not one to give negative reviews... but every time I visit this branch, there are no tellers working! I am the 10th person in line. Two tellers and ticked off customers. BOA wake up. Hire some tellers or get your other banking personnel to help out... instead of just standing around. Terrible customer service!!!
Friday...3pm....two tellers and a line almost out the building. 40 minutes wasted at this place.
