How does a bank open at 9am with 1 teller and like 4 people just standing around doing absolutely nothing behind the tellers desk. There's 10 people standing in line and one guy who's a teller just drowning for his life. You have all these offices and there's not one person in them. I think it's time to switch to chase completely lol
Proving once again, why I don't bank with BoA. Pretty bold to make such a blatant lie about cashing a check. Issued from your branch none the less. We'll see what the CFPB thinks about it.
I've always had issues with this location. Today was the last one for me. End of the month, and of course there are bills to pay and Monday is a Holiday. So I double checked the locations hours THREE TIMES. The night before. The morning. And before going to the grocery store. Closes at 4:00. Time never changed. I get there at 3:35 and they're turning people away, saying they're closing at 3:30. There was no notice. No updates online. This has always been the worst BofA location.
