Update on this review. Do not go here I went to the DMV updated my license got my interim ID that is valid with a copy of my expired ID. The address is all match the ID and the check, but Kevin wanted me to open a bank account and said he would not cash my Bank Of America check because I have an interim drivers license bullshit. Do not go here my license expired on my birthday a couple months ago I told the lady that I have bills to pay I don’t bank with Bank of America. I bank with chime online and I cannot do mobile deposits on checks more than $1000 that I need to cash the check since Bank Of America issued the check She said nope your ID is expired two months ago. Best b of a to go to I only deal with this bank Everyone is so nice might be just some people that are in to much a rush But remember you never have a problem in less you are the problem keep up all your great work friend work
Horrible customer service, ridiculous overdrafts fees and maintenance fees. If you happened to get hacked they don’t hold themselves responsible and you will get hacked the banks security is awful
