Unless you have all day with nothing but time to kill NEVER GO TO THE BANK OF AMERICA IN NEWBURY PARK ON BORCHARD RD. I FORGOTTEN HOW HORRIBLE IT IS. Short staffed, one teller. Customer ahead of me needing a banker for 10-15min. "Manager" explained that he only had 1 teller and everyone in line gets to wait at least 15min. For their transaction. Omg, I went in there for the simplest thing. Oyeee!! Oh but then he says hes got 2more out doing personal banking...I asked him could he help me. Duh, ofcourse he couldn't blah blah.... read more

Very nice teller but I’m wondering why the very large banner that spans the length of the teller area, (clearly targeted for customers) was entirely in Spanish. Not one word in English. I felt undervalued as a customer and as an American…after more than 30 years with BofA. What gives?
