Signed up on line for an appt and when I got there they said "Sorry, we're double booked, we'll have to reschedule. Our on-line system has been having problems lately". Me: "Then why don't you take down your on line system?" BofA: "Oh, that's corporate". Pretty much all you need to know.
This is a horrible BOA branch. The staff are thoroughly unhelpful. Notary service discontinued. Customer service non-existent. I had such a bad experience, I closed my account and switched to TD.
