I went in on 3/8 morning to withdraw money that I transferred from my external account to BoA account so I can purchase a vehicle. The first teller first told me they might not have enough cash and then told me I should just do cashier check which I then declined and I asked another teller to checked and they said they do have enough money but they can’t give me my money since the amount just got transferred to the account that day. Antonio was very helpful! I broke down from a stressful situation I’ve been going through while he was helping me get a cashiers check and he was super understanding and supportive.
Look for another branch. The banker, Robert, gave me a card from El Paso, Texas, but it didn't have his details on it. When I requested his professionalism, he went above and beyond to make our conversation a spectacle.
I have been to this location many times over the years, and the service is always fast and very friendly! Even though I live on the other side of town, it's worth the drive here knowing I'll always have a friendly face helping me with my banking. Thank you NW 21st BofA! Keep it up.
Visiting from out of state and this branch fixed our issues with our card. Outstanding customer service and care to all customers.
