My experiene has been very disappointing. I have only been a customer for 4 months and I have received extremely poor customer service. BofA is so large that they do not care about the individual customers. A mistake was made in a bank transfer that ended up costing me almost $1,000 and BofA did absolutely nothing to support my efforts to get my money returned. The bank is too big to handle small accounts.
I have not received my money back from the countrefit 100 dollar bill I was given by BOA at Whitestone in Cedar park the teller who handed me the bill was very rude and accusing by saying I don't know what u do...on 1/20/18 I know I should have check the bills first but I didnt know banks were in the business in ripping off hard working American citizens..

I am disappointed with this bank's services. Every time I go in there they try to steer me away from the drive thru window. They always say please use the ATM after I constantly, every single week go there and tell them I NEED certain increments with an envelope! Not just that but they keep asking me for my license and I'm wondering how long it will take them to register me into their database after going there 20 times already! I am complaining because it's a huge inconvenience and the ATM is too low to the ground for my SU... read more
This bank has terrible customer service. On one want to help you. They make you feel like a criminal. I will ever recommend this bank to anyone.
This was a horrible experience. The people working there can't seem to answer the simplest questions. I am afraid I got charged for so many things I had to leave. I have been to other branches that were not much better.
