Relationship Banker, Satya provided outstanding customer service during my visit. She spent over an hour patiently explaining everything in detail and proactively helping to resolve my issues. Her professionalism and dedication truly made a difference — highly recommend this BoA branch.
Been a customer for over 30 years, never experienced such a bad treatment from any bank staff, very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude to my wife for a simple deposit. Staff all new and not helpful at all. Avoid this branch. Bad image for Bank of America

I had a problem with a couple of fraudulent charges on my Debit card and needed to close my 2 accounts and reopen both with different account numbers. Relationship Banker Satya Sri Rajani Chekuri worked with me for close to 3 hours and took care of business. I should mention that I am completely deaf in one ear and reduced hearing in the other, especially if there is background noise.
