After having quite a frustrating experience with BoA corporate/business banking folks, I was fortunate to encounter Adjanni Dixon. Adjanni went above and beyond my expectations to fix multiple issues (simple and complex) that multiple previous BoA folks could not resolve. I highly recommend anyone to work with Adjanni and think BoA should promote her.

Been a customer for over 30 years, never experienced such a bad treatment from any bank staff, very unprofessional, unhelpful and rude to my wife for a simple deposit. Staff all new and not helpful at all. Avoid this branch. Bad image for Bank of America
