I am so unhappy with my service at BOA. I got a call from a rep a few weeks ago and he introduced himself and gave me his # to call if I needed help. I called and left 3 messages and still no callback. I called the branch to get help from someone else who could not help me and transferred me to the other line. They asked me for so much information (AI) only to say they could not help me. I am really over you guys. This is ridiculous! besides the fact my account keeps getting hacked. It's disheartening to know I scheduled an appointment around my work schedule for two people who 1. Did not check in 2. Did not have an appointment were attended to. I continued to sit there with no acknowledgement past my appointment time. As such, I walked out. As valuable as their time is, so is mine.
