What is the point of having a business line if it's always closed? I understand wanting to know your customer but having them tell you about their childs 3rd year in medical school not once but TWICE when you have 9 people waiting is ridiculous.
It’s mildly ironic that a bank branded “Bank of America” opts for a sterile white logo and icon—no red, no blue, no flag—while, just a few parking spaces away, a single sedan is flying four or five American flags with unapologetic enthusiasm.
