I think the employees are fantastic there I always get good service
After banking with this branch over 15 years personal and business I received a call about my business account which sadly had never ever happened before to check on my business needs. I was able to come in that after we hung up and was able to get a small business loan application in. Ann was my representative, very polite and personal very happy . Yes this branch has had customer service issues in the past looks like new changes are happening.

Very bad customer service on 10/4 with Kelly. She lost patience with a disabled elderly man who was confused and was completely disrespectful to him and laughed at him. Horrified that BofA would have employees like this.
