Poor customer service, especially from Jessica and Monica.
I showed up last minute for an international wire transfer and they were super accommodating and both the manager and the bankers were incredibly professional on their game and friendly. Definitely a five star experience.
Staff not overly knowledgeable about their products and referred me to their internet site for assistance
