My experience with Bank of America is always good. I want to highlight this financial center especially. The whole team was very friendly and helpful. Jonathan is doing an excellent job. He cares about the customer needs. He listened to my questions and situation and put thoughts into it. He explained different options in detail and was transparent about everything! Charged an $8 maintaince fee on my savings account.
Came for help and the teller literally told me to use the app chat feature for help. Then why the hell is he there?! These banks are evil.
