ATM ate my cash deposit - I spoke to a teller and was told that that system is down, and my account should be credited in two days. There was no sign on the ATM warning customers of this, and no warning from the bank employees standing around in the lobby. I was then advised to simply take a cash advance on my credit card if I really needed the money today.
Came to open a credit card, because I couldn't do it online. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My issue was resolved pretty quickly and without unnecessary fluff. The only downside is that I had to make an appointment offline, for some reason their online calendar showed that all the times were taken

5 stars for Jerry He was super helpful. I needed a faster way to pay my attorney and did not own any cheques. He helped me dig my regard on my account to be able to generate a cashier's check for no fees and stepped right in from lobby to teller when I shared my situation. He went above and beyond to make air I have everything right. And came out to just inform I can order checks at no cost with my reward on the app. Thank you, Jerry
