I went there for my safe deposit box. I got checked in waited 15 minute before having access to the box as there was the lady before me.That was fine because it is a very common courtesy. As I was gonna go in there was the lady trying to get in with me and she was told she had to be signed in at the Teller first. There was also a line at the teller. I went in about 7 minute. The worst service goes to KADDY. We made an appt to open an acct. First of all, she was raising her voice to come to her desk for an appt which was very pleasant first impression. She asked us couple questions that we weren’t really sure. We asked her back what that really meant and she proceeded to ask question again instead of explaining. Mine you that this was acct for business so we were not sure on many questions she asked. Great news, Bank of America customers! The drive-thru ATM was recently "upgraded" — and now it doesn't work at all. For the second day in a row it proudly displays "Please wait", while cars line up, stare at the screen, and eventually give up and drive away. Bonus points for design: there is space for six drive-thru ATMs, but usually only one is actually installed and available.
