Wose bank ever 1hour and 30 waiting in line and only one teller I feel sorry for Erika one person can’t do everything and the manager not even close by to assist her
The only reason I don’t give 1 star, is because of Joscelyn. Anytime I come, she’s more than likely working & every single time she is nothing but welcoming+ extremely helpful. I honestly feel bad because typically there will be a lot of people waiting, and she’ll always be the only one working. I’ve seen the manager stand around & let her help the long line of people, without concern for anyone’s time. Joscelyn works extremely well under pressure & 100% makes the best of the situation.
