Norma the branch manager can't tell time. The wait time to see a teller on a Wednesday afternoon is 30 to 45 minutes when asked when one teller is open she said there's no need to complain that her line is 6 minutes long she has poor customer service and think she has the right to speak to you condescending after you waited. Unreal unprofessional

20 windows, more than half of them are out of service, 5 employees present, only 1 window open for 10 customers. 15 minutes waiting, and they were still barely helping the first person.
Always 1 teller, right now 10 people waiting. They just walk around looking at you but no one bothers to help or even try to help.
