The worst branch ever! They always only have one or two tellers open at most. The wait time is horrible and the manager/employees dont seem to care!Â
Made an appointment for 6/20/2025 a week before for 10 am. Kimberly Juarez (senior banker) messaged me at 9 am to confirm appointment for 10am. I told her I need to deposit a check since the check is my under parents and myself. Showed up at 9:58am and Kimberly was no where to be found. Showed up at 10:10 late coming out of the break room. Sat us down and then started helping someone else outside her cube. Very unprofessional to be late , being a senior banker. Bad customer service, the manager doesn't help much I didn't bring my ID but I do have my passport ID and my bank card because I have asked for a larger withdrawal so they told me they can't do anything I have to find my ID what happened if you lose your ID and there is an emergency, you must wait until your ID arrived, this place is a joke.Â
