Great customer service I am glad I been there this morning I finished all what I want with satisfaction good job .
Wish I could give them a negative score. They closed my husband's with no notice no explanation. All they could tell us is they may send our money within 15 days. Totally unacceptable. I don't suggest anyone to bank with them ever. I guess my children will have to just do without until they want to give us our money. My husband goes to work everyday to provide for our family. Now we have to wait for an analyst for them to fully close the account . They are full of it.
Give them a call, no one will answer. Go to cash a check, you’ll see one teller (despite there being 10 teller stations) serving a line of 20 customers. Go to get something notarized, wait an hour. Want to bank at 4.01pm? YOU CAN’T, this branch closes at 4.00 p.m. M-TH... This is the most inefficient bank, you can do better.
The staff was helpful and friendly. Cool architecture. One of the better branches I've experienced
Cashing checks at this location isn’t time consuming and staff move at a reasonable pace. The atmosphere is enjoyable, similar to a library if I might add.
