This is one of the worst branches in Downey. The bank tellers are so lazy. It took me 20 minutes at the window to deposit a check. She was just talking like it was coffee time do that in your personal time and it’s like that she knows what she’s doing is wrong but they don’t care the guy too took him like 23 minutes to do a simple transaction walks so slow don’t come here if you don’t wanna waste your time
One of the worst branches for Bank of America. The minute you walk in, there are no bankers in the lobby; most of the time they only have one teller, even when the line is long.
Probably the worst bank, all around.
As I get older BOA is making it easier for a disabled person to bank with ease! I thank them for this!
Attempted to talk with a Mortgage specialist. Came in on a Friday. Waited for 45 minutes. Branch manager said Mortgage Specialist was not available. Made an appointment for Monday. Arrived to my appointment Branch Manger informed me that the Mortgage Specialist was not available had an emergency. Waited in the lobby for an hour. Branch manger attempted to send me to Cerritos for an appointment. She refuses to provide me with the district manager’s phone number.
