One of the worst branches for Bank of America. The minute you walk in, there are no bankers in the lobby; most of the time they only have one teller, even when the line is long.Â
Probably the worst bank, all around.Â
As I get older BOA is making it easier for a disabled person to bank with ease! I thank them for this!Â
Attempted to talk with a Mortgage specialist. Came in on a Friday. Waited for 45 minutes. Branch manager said Mortgage Specialist was not available. Made an appointment for Monday. Arrived to my appointment Branch Manger informed me that the Mortgage Specialist was not available had an emergency. Waited in the lobby for an hour. Branch manger attempted to send me to Cerritos for an appointment. She refuses to provide me with the district manager’s phone number.Â
Be careful depositing large checks here. They call the police on you for fraud when there is no fraud. Would not recommend unless you like being inconvenienced and harassed by police.Â
