Terrible experience this afternoon. Sold watch at European Watch Company and wanted to clear transaction ASAP by cashing check here because this is their bank. They offered to partially cash the check “because I was not a customer.” The teller was very green and took a while to realize she needed help. I asked for the manager, who “would be available in 45 minutes.” Available in 45 minutes but presumably available to do the partial transaction? Waste of time.
