Awful customer service. Do better.
wonderful customer service. I went there to get some paperwork done and Owen help me get in touch with the person that would help me, he was very efficient. But Daniel was spectacular, he was very helpful. Our meeting was short and he made me feel welcome and special.
David and Regina helped me with two requests. They were brilliant. I love Bank of America!
