Staff are really helpful and caring. I pleasantly surprised with the kindness and quickness of my needs. Would definitely recommend.
Perhaps the worst branch possible. 8 visible employees, 4 tellers behind the counter, and only one helping customers.
Have been banking with BOA since I turned 18, and I CANNOT WAIT to close my account here wow. Front desk lady was extremely rude, and the employees who were trying to help had less of an idea of how to manage the app/website than I did. Crazy that I had to walk the banker through how to use BOA online bill pay. Spent nearly an hour there when all I needed was a form to be printed out (I already knew what I needed before I went in) and after all that they gave me a 1-800 number that could "help." The staff in this office went above and beyond and were even willing to help up against closing hours with an urgent last-minute request. Kudos to them for the service.
Worst customer service experience ever! 1 teller here in slow motion. Bank employees hanging out at front desk and no teller assistance. Waited here in line for 30 minutes wasting my day. Please hire additional employees. Then to top things off I just received a ticket on my car. I have a generally good experiences at this branch for other things, but they need to hire more tellers. It’s absolutely infuriating and people in the back of mute were complaining, and it was a nightmare for the better.
