Staff are really helpful and caring. I pleasantly surprised with the kindness and quickness of my needs. Would definitely recommend.Â
Perhaps the worst branch possible. 8 visible employees, 4 tellers behind the counter, and only one helping customers.Â
Have been banking with BOA since I turned 18, and I CANNOT WAIT to close my account here wow. Front desk lady was extremely rude, and the employees who were trying to help had less of an idea of how to manage the app/website than I did. Crazy that I had to walk the banker through how to use BOA online bill pay. Spent nearly an hour there when all I needed was a form to be printed out (I already knew what I needed before I went in) and after all that they gave me a 1-800 number that could "help."
