Not sure how the service is inside but there isn’t a 24 hour ATM - why bother having one if you can’t use the ATM outside of business hours.
They clearly don't value customers' time. I arrived at the bank at 4:15 PM - well within their posted hours, since they close at 5 PM - and was made to wait for 30 minutes. After all that, an employee finally told me they couldn’t help me because no one was available to handle my request. It’s unacceptable to turn customers away an hour before closing, especially without any notice or signage. Extremely disappointing experience.
Fast and polite
Waited forever to get a form notarized. The notary spelt my name wrong and crossed it out so the notary became invalid. They also made me complete a section of the form I was not supposed to complete.
