Hour long wait times even with appointment; they only one person working

Not sure how the service is inside but there isn’t a 24 hour ATM - why bother having one if you can’t use the ATM outside of business hours.
They clearly don't value customers' time. I arrived at the bank at 4:15 PM - well within their posted hours, since they close at 5 PM - and was made to wait for 30 minutes. After all that, an employee finally told me they couldn’t help me because no one was available to handle my request. It’s unacceptable to turn customers away an hour before closing, especially without any notice or signage. Extremely disappointing experience.
