Excellent customer service
Last month I withdrew $740 using a debit card from a different bank to deposit into my Bank of America account to pay rent, but the ATM shorted me $80 dollars. It must have thought one of the 20s it gave me was a 100 dollar bill. I tried to call the phone number on the atm since it was outside of banking hours, but it said if I used a debit card from a bank other than Bank of America I should go through my bank. I called DCU to have them try and resolve the issue for me and they deposited the $80 into my account while they r... read more
