Upon arrival, I encountered the teller, Silvi, whose demeanor was immediately unwelcoming. This was my agency, although my grievance is not related to this particular office. BOA has been terrible at handling the simplest task in the world: Erica the chatbot is useless, so you use the live chat. The live chat person cannot perfom tasks, so they redirect you to customer service phone #, where you end up in a miserable timeloop with a chatbot that will just not accept your request and will keep offering limited irrelevant options.
