I went into this location to make a deposit. As I stood in I noticed something that bothered me too much to remain silent. There was a customer service person I believe that his name is Brandon who made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As I stood there I watched his interaction with selective people that came into the business establishment . Best service i’ve ever had at a bank thanks to Hurma. I hate to be one of those people, but I was in a time crunch and this amazing woman was literally running around to assist me in due time. In and out in 10 mins. Thank you, Hurma!
Terrible Experience at this branch. If you cannot attend a customer without an appointment, don't ask them to waite. The most disappointed part was they were setting free in their cabins.
I have been to the bank today to open a new account. Lician Romero was very patient and helpful to assist.
