Always well attended to, great experience.
I came in with a transaction issue and it was solved in minutes.
I went to cash a check. I was told by the staff that they couldn’t verify the signature and turned me away. I asked if they would call the account owner but they refused. Not a good experience. I am not sure if this is the branch staff or the general policy of Bank.
TERRIBLE Manager, blond lady is very, very rude... told me to leave and schedule appointment, I went online and are no appointment available, but the bank is empty!
