I went to cash a check. I was told by the staff that they couldn’t verify the signature and turned me away. I asked if they would call the account owner but they refused. Not a good experience. I am not sure if this is the branch staff or the general policy of Bank.
TERRIBLE Manager, blond lady is very, very rude... told me to leave and schedule appointment, I went online and are no appointment available, but the bank is empty!

I didn’t even make an appointment and sure enough Josue met with me immediately on short notice. Great customer service. Explained how to build credit. As someone who has had problems with Bank of America in the past. He has changed my apprehension. Thank you!
