Bank personnel sitting around on their phones jabbering on personal matters while the line goes outside the bank branch and grows. Just a total waste of time. Easily had to wait 30 minutes to see a teller. And the teller is sitting there selling a rewards program while the line grows. Avoid this place if you can. Oh and they’re definitely offering different levels of service to different looking people
