I visited this financial center for the first time because I was around the area and needed cash . I was waiting in line to get cash and Lisa came up to me and offered to help me in the ATM . I had expressed to her that I had lost my card but didn’t have the time to come and sit for an appointment and request a new one . Very disappointing experience. I visited a branch to open a business account and was told the account could not be opened due to a minor difference in the business name formatting. Specifically, the issue was the presence of an apostrophe in the business name, while the EIN record shows the name without it. The IRS does not allow special characters such as apostrophes in EIN registrations, so this is a normal system limitation and not an actual discrepancy.
