The bank manager, Inara, receives every customer with a smile, and she welcomed many of them by name. I had to complete my account opening process and Inara and Ismael went above and beyond to ensure the onboarding process was complete, even though it meant they had to stay back longer then their usual hours to do that. They were patient, kind and enthusiastic! I highly recommend this branch. I'd go an extra mile to transact there for the exceptional customer experience.Â
No sense of regards for people’s finances. They leave you in the waiting area and keep coming back in and out asking questions instead of having one sit down in the offices to discuss financial needs.Â

Have an appointment scheduled for 2.00pm and have it open to you. Having an appointment scheduled at 2.00pm and being attended after 50 min late and being attended by the executive in a very bad way and calling you crazy is not the right thing to do.!Â
