idk whats with all the bad ratings but people are really nice here. i went to the bank for coins and they were very friendly.
I want to give them 0 stars. I visited this bank 3times in a month reissued my debit card 3times still couldn't have it. I have no idea what their delivery process is, but everything except their card is well delivered. Now I am going to close my bofa account and moving to another bank.
Went in for something as easy to confirm my indentation because my credit card had been restricted and was refused services with excuse that the waiting time is approximately 3 hours.
Went in person to receive service, but was directed to call a number instead. Took like 20 minutes to actually receive help from someone, but turns out the changes I've requested didn't even go through. I've been waiting on this credit card delivery for 3 months now.
