Went in person to receive service, but was directed to call a number instead. Took like 20 minutes to actually receive help from someone, but turns out the changes I've requested didn't even go through. I've been waiting on this credit card delivery for 3 months now.

It is always 100° in that building. I can’t last more than three seconds without becoming drenched in sweat. Hate coming here because of that. Staff is pretty good on average
