This is the worst Bank of America I’ve visited. I only came here to use the ATM and today I have to close an account to open another due to personal reasons and the employees just walk by me and don’t even acknowledge that I’m sitting right there. That is so sad.. never coming here again!!
They charge 8 dollars to cash a check drawn on there bank. B of A is not for people netting under a million!
I visited the Kenmore/Fenway Bank of America location, on Monday December 22nd for the second time. The first time, I tried to cash a check that was for $100 from the Commonwealth of Boston Municipal Courthouse, and was out-front denied without any additional information, and without being given any option, like assistance to deposit the check instead, I was forced to leave that day, my issue unresolved. I lost my physical debit card and was panicking really hard, but Manager Ken Tanasanpidit was super patient and polite, guiding me though the process in just a few minutes!! You're goated Ken
idk whats with all the bad ratings but people are really nice here. i went to the bank for coins and they were very friendly.
