Holly Chung and Joseph Chang were very kind and helpful in assisting me with my account and answering some questions that I had during my visit.
Stay away from this branch, the staff included their manager Ken are unprofessional and focus in racial profiling. This situation is damaging the image of diversity that the Boston community has maintained per couple years. We do not recommend Bank of America for small businesses.
