The lady at the counter (forgot to ask her name) and Jake helped a lot with my cashier's check request today - there were some technical issues due to I don't have a debit card for the joint account with my wife, but they tried really hard to help me resolve it and it worked out! Thank you!Â
Their service here is great, and Tony is very helpful. He helped with everything, from account opening to setting up Apple Pay and the BOA app. As an international student, it was super easy and comfortable. I went multiple times and was very happy with the service.Â

Went in to take my dad off my account. We both went in and were left sitting there for over an hour while about four employees went in and out of the room, not communicating with us what was wrong. After all this time, they said they would finish the request after we left. I get an email a day later saying the request they filed couldn't be completed.
