Their service here is great, and Tony is very helpful. He helped with everything, from account opening to setting up Apple Pay and the BOA app. As an international student, it was super easy and comfortable. I went multiple times and was very happy with the service.

Went in to take my dad off my account. We both went in and were left sitting there for over an hour while about four employees went in and out of the room, not communicating with us what was wrong. After all this time, they said they would finish the request after we left. I get an email a day later saying the request they filed couldn't be completed. I almost left because I couldn’t find parking but glad I didn’t ! The service of this branch is excellent ! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who asked how he could help and guided me to the line. There were two employees assisting customers, and the young lady at the counter truly stood out.
