I just went to this location to open an account and the general manager was so rude and xenophobic!!!Â
They say they close at 5pm. I went there after I called the associate and he said they are open, it was 4.40pm and they already closed. Not surprised with the low rating from othersÂ
7/24 I started banking with BOA in S.F. many years ago and cannot believe what is happening to this bank now as a preferred customer of 40+ years. For a month or so, I was trying to have A. help me with a trust fund name added to all our bank accounts.
