Worst bank customer service in a long time, I had. the customer rep or front manager had no desire to help customers at all. I had an appointment. The rep. was unprofessional and rude, even slammed her keyboard in front of us and walked out the room in the middle of session since she did not want to help existing credit card accounts, and had no idea on how to handle some details yet reluctant to call credit card dept. to solve the issues, had to learn BA regulations in front of us (no training at all?) and manager had to sh... read more

I had a wonderful experience with Daniel. He was extremely friendly and provided invaluable assistance in resolving fraudulent activity on my account. I would highly recommend the bank to others and encourage them to seek Daniel's assistance for any banking-related concerns.

Yesterday, I visited two Bank of America branches, and both had long lines. I had to wait for a long time to be served. Today, I came to this branch, and there were no other customers. I was able to get everything done in less than five minutes.
