Ana is an outstanding manager. She is friendly and genuinely willing to help clients. She is highly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I truly appreciate her excellence.
One of the worst bank in the area. The assistant manager is the worst, zero knowledge of anything, rude and unprofessional, the only thing she know to say is “we can’t help you” They only like and give attention to rich people, they check your account and treat you accordingly. Also she was more interested in chatting.
