Closed my active bank account without notifying me. Had to spend 3 hours on the phone while the manager filed paperwork to try and recover it. Will see if it can be recovered.

Wanted to deposit check into my Merrill account; teller was super helpful in explaining how to get that done the fastest (counter deposit into BofA account then online transfer to Merrill account). Very different from being ignored in the "F" Investments lobby earlier in the day...
