I wish I could give this a 0. The service is extremely slow. And I had to come in multiple times just for them to say “Come back tomorrow, we are about to close”. I had an appointment both of the times I went. And the wait and the amount of questions is ridiculous.
The lady taking care of the branch (one whom you approach first as you enter) is very rude, unprofessional, insensitive supervisor. After approximately 5 visits over a month, gave up on this branch just because of her. Slowly reducing mybbalance in bank of america as, though I live in Cupertino, I have to visit El camino branch on a saturrday which is waste of time.
We went there to cash out a cashier check. Isn't it the banker's responsibility to explain things about banking system patiently? The teller is quite rude and didn't even listen to us or carefully explain. I am very disappointed.
