I am not sure why this branch has such a low review. I had an amazing experience at this branch from the beginning. Yes, I was under duress from driving 9 hours, unable to find a hotel in town due to the massive AI Convention and was told at the other branch (1.5 miles away) they could not help me because I did not have an appointment.
