Horrible service. Understaffed and slow.
Walked in to open up an account for the convenience of location and well established bank rep BOA has. That all changed by one simple thing. The guy with the glasses and ipad completely ignored me as I was sitting and patiently waiting. He gave the older gentleman info that allowed him a second to acknowledge me as he walked away for a sec, but didn't. Then the older gentleman comes back and he continues to help him on the ipad.
