Doesn’t provide clear communication - they made it seem like they would help us with a task and that we were “checked in” and then we went to get something. When we came back, she told us to wait so we waited for 40 minutes and she never reappeared. We had to ask someone else who told us that we couldn’t be helped at first and then said we had to wait another 1 hour. And then he blamed Gen Z anyways poor communication and service. Wasted 2 hours of our lives.

I encountered a Super clean and modern lobby with really comfortable chairs and couches. My transaction was made by a friendly, courteous teller . I didn’t wait very long in line . We’ll run and organized. I would do my business banking here again. !

I went to the Bank of America on Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach to do a large transaction. There were two crazy people in the bank, talking and bothering everyone and singing no if you concentrate on their transactions, no one could count their money along with the auto counter And when I notified the manager there, he told me that “everyone has their own personal challenges and if it gets out of hand, we’ll call the police”.
