Worst and most corrupt banking institute. Illegally holding my money without reason, lying to cover themselves and violating my consumer rights.
Doesn’t provide clear communication - they made it seem like they would help us with a task and that we were “checked in” and then we went to get something. When we came back, she told us to wait so we waited for 40 minutes and she never reappeared. We had to ask someone else who told us that we couldn’t be helped at first and then said we had to wait another 1 hour. And then he blamed Gen Z anyways poor communication and service. Wasted 2 hours of our lives.
I encountered a Super clean and modern lobby with really comfortable chairs and couches. My transaction was made by a friendly, courteous teller . I didn’t wait very long in line . We’ll run and organized. I would do my business banking here again. !
