I went to the Bank of America on Edinger Avenue in Huntington Beach to do a large transaction. There were two crazy people in the bank, talking and bothering everyone and singing no if you concentrate on their transactions, no one could count their money along with the auto counter And when I notified the manager there, he told me that “everyone has their own personal challenges and if it gets out of hand, we’ll call the police”. I’ve been to this bank for over 20 years. Sometimes the line gets long, but they try their best. Customer service is Excellent here.
Two problems 1) I still cannot access my bank account online after being added as an authorized user 16 days ago. I’ve spoken with the small business banker multiple times now and she has not provided a solution. 2) had a very disturbing experience with banker Jason Ta on the afternoon of Oct 21. He went through my personal belongings, yelled at my mother, and was using his work computer for his own personal or outside business activity use (he has personal real estate investment in an multi-member LLC that I now know waaaay... read more
We were there to open a new account for my son. Even if we arrived 20 minutes before closing, the bank employee and his manager worked for us until everything was set up and worked. This was an outstanding service experience for us and we couldn’t be happier. Just perfect! Thanks so much.
This branch is not here to help people. Its employees are arrogant.
