I’ve new credit card and it’s declined. I’ve called right away BOFA. Customer service representative told me to go to bank branches.. i don’t know maybe because of fraudulent she doesn’t trust me. Anyway i came to this location and told banker it’s declined it. She told me you need to call for this issue. I said i already did. Okay. You need to get appointment and it’s available next week. Racist bank towards Mexicans! As soon as I walk in with my construction outfit I get looked at with disgust! The manger sucks and wouldn’t want to help me. The workers were just rude for no reason! 4/12/24 @ 3pm is what time those workers where there. Piece of shit humans man I’m so disgusted 🤮

This doesn't go directly to this BOA. Not sure whats going on with BOA. 1. I've sent money for 5 years to someone at another bank thru my checking. The option is now gone. Called and the rep was an idiot. Had to conpletely start over and add all their info again, causing me to be late on rent. 2. I want to rate this branch with a negative one but is not available. There is a woman from the staff who was so racial to me, I see her laughing with the other consumer and listening to them but when is my turn she changed her face, and making my time as a rest drinking her coffee, and treated me as less important, she is horrible counter ever.
