I have not had a good experience at this branch in over 10 years. Do not come to this branch avoided at all cost. The staff is so rude. The management is rude and unaccommodating and this is not the first incident I have I will not be back to this branch and I’m considering pulling my funds from Bank of America. Please don’t respond with. Apologies with no action. Something needs to be done about the management on down from that location. They need to be retrained. It’s ridiculous. This is not my first complaint.
e staff is extremely rude and they work very slowly. To withdraw cash, we stood in line for an hour and then spent another 30 minutes at the window where they were giving us the money. And this was only because we wanted to withdraw a large amount of cash! Both the manager and the employees were very rude.
