The staff were excellent, knowledgeable and helpful especially Gabriela, Ivon and Joe in helping me with the process and approval of a required Medallion Stamp for a document of mine. The process was time consuming but they were very patient and thorough even though they were extremely busy. I highly recommend their services and this Bank of America Branch, Key Biscayne, Florida.

Had a great experience at the Key Biscayne branch of Bank of America. Joe and Ivonne were incredibly patient and professional while guiding me through an investment decision. I really appreciated their clear advice and the genuine care they showed throughout the process.
Amazing service. Sometimes it gets busy but the associates that work there are very helpful. Recommend it.
