OUTSTANDING SERVICE AT BANK OF AMERICA IN KEY BISCAYNE BRANCH. I had an excellent experience at this branch. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and immediately assisted. All the staff was very, very proffesional and genuinly helpful. They really resolve all my needs, and made sure every detail was handled efficiently. Ivone, the branch manger, she is the best.
