I had the most amazing experience at Bank of America this afternoon, and I was absolutely delighted by the quality of professionalism served by Melissa. I needed help with getting some documents about a transaction made 3 years ago, and I didn’t have all the information needed. Melissa literally went out of her way to help me, and demonstrated remarkable perseverance and patience until she delivered. I’ve never written a review for a bank before, but I had to this time.
The staff at this Bank of America branch was incredibly helpful and professional. They resolved my issue quickly and made the entire experience seamless. Highly recommend

Maritza helped me with a wire transfer and my experience could not have been better. She was professional and very friendly but she also went above and beyond to help me out. Maritza even had to stay a few minutes after closing to finish helping me, but she did it all with a smile and patience. This location is lucky to have her working there and I will be using this branch for all my future needs.
