Why is it so complicated to get someone to answer the da.. phone at this location?
Absolutely the worst experience ever at this Bank of America branch! The manager is not only incompetent but also has a terrible attitude, as if she’s on a fashion show instead of helping customers. I went in to get a simple voided check for my business account, which is easily done online. She insisted it was impossible and made me wait for 30 minutes before sending her equally incompetent colleague to tell me they’d email it in 24 hours. Best BofA office in Miami!
There is a Laura Lopez calling from this branch stating we opened an account with them & that there is a Zelle transaction needed to be cancelled. She then proceeds to provide a fake Zelle Customer number (thinking I dont know how to contact zelle) where a man answers trying to verify personal information. Be careful answering calls from here & the bank should look into their IT dept.
