Always only one teller, a 30-minute wait, and some issue.. This week their printer was broken so they can't issue Cashiers Checks. No signage or notice.. they make you wait a half hour in line to find out you have to go to another branch. Frustrating
The customer service of this Bank of America is horrible. I was told to sit down and wait to be called upon. 20 minutes later, the manager approaches me asking what I need. Not only that but they completely failed to help me with what I needed. Not only did they fail to help, but they blamed me and told me to come back tomorrow… AVOID this Bank of America like the plague
I filter my banking preferences about 80% on who my banker of choice is. Today, Alexander Ramos gave me an outstanding attention and service on which will surely make me a repeated customer to this Branch.
The absolute worst Bank of America. Worst than 8th street. Doesn’t matter when you show up you only ever see 1 teller. Every time I come in someone complains and the manager tries to sell the same story. Please be patient. Sorry we’re short staffed. They’ve been short staffed for over a year now!! Bank of America get it together. In the time it took me to get change I could have opened a new account at a different bank. This place sucks!!! Friday closing time and there’s 1 teller!!
