This was my first time visiting this location and is the worst BofA experience I’ve ever had. I arrived before 9am and after waiting for the bank to open with 2 small children's, had to wait 30+ minutes more, and ultimately left without anyone completing my transaction when I saw that there were several available bank representatives working alone at their computers with several customers waiting. The attention for me was great Albert Heredia the banker and Sahada was very nice and very good service whit my account problems . I’m be coustomer for more than 15 years in this bank Thanks so much I’m really trust in Bank of America my bank forever
The service was excellent 5 star Sahara in costumer services and Albert Heredia they do a great job very professional and. Very good service they have been very helpful
Always only one teller, a 30-minute wait, and some issue.. This week their printer was broken so they can't issue Cashiers Checks. No signage or notice.. they make you wait a half hour in line to find out you have to go to another branch. Frustrating
