On March 4th, 2025 around 9:40AM i went to this branch that I wanted get my documents notarized and they told me to wait for few minutes and I have waited for more than 25 minutes to get to the person who was doing the Notory. After he has done with the customer ahead of me and he comes and called other customers who is behind me. The other representatives told me he has another client at 10: 30 AM unless I will wait until 11am or may be that I should go to FedEx or UPS to get the documents Notarized . SUPER SLOW
Came here briefly for something last minute, and everyone we interacted with — from the security at the door to the teller to the manager — was very friendly and helpful. Came about an hour and a half before closing on a Monday and there was no wait. Very pleasant experience.
