I've been going to this branch several times and haven't had to much trouble. I'm the one who usually comes in with the complicated question/transaction (I follow all the recommended steps to do what I wanted done to avoid having to go in). Noemi jara is our banker for opening account , she is really good nd fast to open a account nd give us best service .
Very horrible service. Slow and extreme lack of knowledge. I have to call customer service line and they tell me I was given wrong info from the branch. Manager too doesn't know their stuff. This bank is a nightmare.
